• Raphael Kiptis - Head of Finance

    Raphael is a seasoned finance expert in floriculture industry with over 15 years experience in the sector. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Daystar University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting option) from University of Eastern Africa Baraton. Professionally, he is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Raphael is a trained and certified pension trustee from College of Insurance Kenya and is currently the Chairman of the company's Pension Scheme; and a SAP ERP trained user from SAP Kenya.

    He joined Sian Flowers in the year 2004 as an Assistant Accountant and rose through the ranks to his current position. Prior to his appointment, as Group Finance Manager, he was Chief Accountant, Maasai Flowers having previously been Procurement Officer and Project Accountant.

  • Yvonne Tirop - Marketing & Business Development Manager

    Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nairobi, a post graduate diploma in Marketing and executive MBA.
    She has previously worked at Barclays Bank of Kenya and Kenya Wine Agencies Ltd (KWAL). Yvonne has worked for Sian Flowers Group for over 15 years in the marketing department and risen to her current position of Marketing and Business Development Manager.

  • Elizabeth Kimani - General Manager, Sololo Agriculture Limited

    Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in horticulture from Egerton University and a certificate in Environmental Auditing and Impact assessment from Africa Nazarene University. She is also trained as a lead internal auditor, HACCP, EMS 14001, QMS ISO 9000/2001(by SGS) and has worked in Sian Flowers for 12 years in the Quality and Standards department before rising to her current position of
    General Manager, Quality and Standards.

  • Nehemiah Kangogo - General Manager, Equator Flowers

    Nehemiah has worked with Sian Flowers for over 15 years holding various positions from Management Trainee, Production Manager,Farm Manager and to the current position of General Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

  • Charles Mulemba - General Manager, Agriflora Kenya Limited

    Charles has worked with Sian Flowers for over 15 years holding various positions from Management Trainee to the current position of General Manager. Prior to his recent appointment as General Manager, he worked as Production and Technical Manager for 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture from Egerton University and is also trained as a lead internal Auditor in EMS 14001, QMS ISO 9000/2001. He has wide experience in rose production and possesses excellent managerial skills. Before joining Sian Flowers, he worked at Shalimar Flowers as Assistant Packhouse Manager.

    Nancy has worked with Sian Flowers for over 15 years holding various positions from Management Trainee to the current position of General Manager. Prior to his recent appointment as General Manager, she worked as Production and Technical Manager for 10 years.

  • Peter Cherutich - Procurement Officer

    Peter has worked with Sian Flowers for over 15 years. He holds a Bachelors degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Higher Diploma in Purchasing & Supply management and Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supplies (CIPS) Level IV.

  • Lilian Sang - Sales Manager

    Lilian plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets of the company and also manages key accounts.She holds a Bachelor of Business and Office Management degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She has over 20 years’ experience in the flower industry. Lilian is a trained and certified pension trustee from College of Insurance Kenya and is currently the Trust Secretary of the Pension Scheme.

  • Edna Choge - Account Manager

    Edna has worked with Sian Flowers for over 15 years and has risen up through the ranks to the position of Account Manager. She holds a master of Business Administration degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Management Science option) from Kisii University, Diploma in Information Technology, and a Certificate in Sales and Marketing

  • Evans Cheserem - Account Manager

    Evans joined Sian under the management trainee programme which he completed successfully and is now an Account Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi and is also qualified in the finance field having attained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-6) certification.
